Services We Offer

Strategic Studies offers the expertise a school district, non-profit organizations and/or small businesses need to develop new programs and plan for the future. Services include high-level retainer consulting, research reports, or project-based consulting.

• Retainer consulting: we represent a client organization as an extension of its program development and planning functions. This begins with complete understanding of the client's organizational situation, objectives, and constraints. We then represent the client organization in meetings and forums to sustain program development and planning.
  
  
• Project Consulting: Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers a client organization a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to solve specific problems, develop and/or implement plans, develop specific formation.
  
  
• Research: Specific studies can be developed for selected clients. A complete study of a specific area, function, or topic can be packaged and published. Examples might be studies of curriculum, teacher preparation, community attitudes, or teacher evaluation programs. Select in-house research will be conducted where warranted, on emerging trends and programs (ie., hand held computers).
